By accessing or using Fish Hub, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Fish Hub is a social platform for anglers to share experiences, discover fishing spots, participate in events and interact with the community.
3. Registration and Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4. User Conduct and Zero Tolerance Policy

Fish Hub has zero tolerance for abusive, offensive, illegal content or content that violates the rights of other users. Violations result in immediate and permanent ban, without prior notice, and report to competent authorities when applicable.
You agree NOT to:
- Post illegal, offensive, defamatory or fraudulent content.
- Harass, threaten or intimidate other users.
- Post or share sexual, pornographic or nude content.
- Practice hate speech, discrimination or incitement to violence.
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights.
- Use the app for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts.
- Interfere with the app's operation.
- Post false information about fishing locations that put others at risk.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
- Share or request personal information from other users without consent.
🛡️ Protection Tools
Users can block other users at any time. When blocking, the blocked user's content is instantly removed from your feed and a notification is sent to our moderation team for review.
5. User Content
- You retain ownership of the content you post.
- By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display and distribute your content on the platform.
- You are responsible for the content you post.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
6. Premium Subscription
- Premium features require a paid subscription.
- Payments are processed through the App Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- Refunds follow App Store policies.
7. Intellectual Property
Fish Hub, including its design, logos, texts and code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute our content without authorization.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free or secure. Information about fishing locations is provided by users and we are not responsible for its accuracy.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Fishing involves risks - always practice safely and responsibly.
10. Event Specific Terms
By creating or participating in events on Fish Hub, you agree to the following specific terms:
- Organizer Responsibility: The event creator is fully responsible for the location, safety and truthfulness of the information provided, under penalty of legal liability.
- Fish Hub Disclaimer: Fish Hub only displays information submitted by users and is not responsible for event content, participant safety or information accuracy.
- Risk Events: Events that put other users at risk result in immediate ban of the organizer and report to competent legal authorities.
- User Awareness: Users become aware that event information is solely the responsibility of the event creator and participate at their own risk.
- Identity Verification: Event organizers must provide valid identification documents for security and accountability purposes.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in competent courts.
